Avokadon e qëruar shtypeni me pak lëng limoni, vaj ulliri, kripë dhe piper të zi, shtoni borzilokun e grirë imët, përzijeni me kremin.

Thekni disa feta buke dhe lyini me kremin e avokados, sipër shtoni disa kokra piper roz dhe shërbejeni.

 Fashion Food inspired by Gucci – Crostoni of avocado cream and pink pepper

 The branded collection of Gucci during FW 2016 was a wonder. I fell in love with all the pieces so you’ll see some inspired for my Fashion Food. Today with a these warm croutons with avocado cream flavored with basil and pink pepper. A delight

INGREDIENTS: 

Avocado 

salt and black pepper 

croutons 

basil foils 

pink pepper 

olive oil 

lemon

PREPARATION.

Mash avocado with fork with lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Add chopped basil  and stir. 

Toast the croutons and spread over with avocado cream. Serve with a few pink peppercorns.
